The Tank Fossil Fitness is a training program developed for individuals 60+ who want to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through physical training.
The program uses cutting edge cardiovascular conditioning, weight training and natural human movements to increase stamina, strength, agility, posture and balance. The training sessions are always different, fun, safe and help us practice the movements that we were born to do every day.
All levels of fitness are welcome, from those who are new to fitness to the seasoned athlete. The load and intensity will always be adjusted to meet your individual needs– every class. Class sizes are limited to ensure that everyone receives personalized coaching and feedback.
Class times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 AM and 8 AM
